• Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the agreement
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
• Refunds are handled according to individual service agreements

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• TechPath shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim
• We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• We are not responsible for third-party services or content

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TechPath, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship:

• With written notice as specified in the service agreement
• Immediately upon material breach by the other party
• Upon mutual agreement

Upon termination, you shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be:

• First attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation
• If negotiation fails, submitted to binding arbitration
• Governed by the laws of the State of California
• Subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in San Francisco, CA
